Hello! We are hoping to raise funding towards helping us pay for fertility treatment. Myself and my husband were able to have our first child - our little miracle baby (almost 4 years ago!) after trying for 2 years & eventually after investigation & a course of Clomid. Last year, I was diagnosed with endometriosis & have undergone surgery to diagnose & remove what could be reached. However, this was almost a year ago & I am in worsening pain as each month goes on. We have now been trying to conceive naturally to give our little boy James a sibling for 3 years, with no luck. The only treatment which may help for my endometriosis management is to go on the contraceptive pill - obviously not an option currently. So I am living with the pain & trying to keep hopes up of a natural pregnancy. I am worried the worse it gets each month/year & the older we get, the lower our chances. My fear is that I will be needing another laparoscopy soon & could eventually need a full hysterectomy if symptoms continue & cause health complications. We live healthy lives, are both non-smokers, have done everything naturally that we can to help our chances - with no success.

We are not eligible for any nhs funding for investigations let alone treatment and have appealed our CCGs decision but they have said no. Their guidance states only childless couples are entitled to help & only refer to IVF. We feel this is terribly unfair on so many people who may not need IVF but only a bit of help. We have found an amazingly helpful clinic who we could self refer to privately but currently can not afford to do so. I am worried that my time is running out & my health deteriorating so without managing my condition or treating it, I may never be able to have another child & the older I get, the less my chances of conceiving & having a healthy pregnancy & birth are.

We have looked at costs & consultant fees & monitoring scans could be more than this as it all depends on what we need but anything you can give towards helping us to try would be amazing
