    Story

At the young age of 5 my uncle was diagnosed was mumps, very common in young children. Sadly he lost his hearing in his left ear and unable to hear anything at all.
He delt with the hearing loss and adapted with just the use of just his right ear.
Sadly early on this year he came down with an ear infection losing his hearing in the right ear as well, going through the NHS trying different hearing aids he wasn't successful in finding the right one. We took the private route in going to find a cross over hearing aid which suited him perfectly and could hear us talk (very emotional)! This hearing aid costs over £3,600. We managed to fund £600 towards it with us all working hard to get the money together, sadly this has taken us 4 months to get a small amount of money. As a 45 year old hearing as an 80 year old it's very difficult to work, talk, even ask directions.. Any donations would be so appreciated, words can't describe!
