American flag football is a growing sport here in the UK. There are over 70 teams throughout the country, however most teams are from the south. There's only about two dozen in the north west, which is why I decided to get a team started in my area (Oldham). However equipment, jerseys, and pitch hire is just a few of the expenses that come along with having a team. Currently we are just wanting to get enough funds to get jerseys for the players.
