As we're getting married we wanted to share our special day with our families but we know that not everyone could be here. So to make them a part of the day and make our day part of something bigger we want to raise money for two great causes.

We're aiming for at least £1,000 for St. Theresa's Hospice in Darlington who cared for Dotty (aka. Mam) and Cancer Research UK who's cared for all of those who've been affected by cancer across our family.

So instead of buying us a toaster, matching slippers or a picture frame put your money to good use and make a difference to other families who really need it.

All of the money raised will be split between the two charities and we'll announce the total raised on the day, that's if we able to talk following raising a few too many glasses.
