I've decided to embark on a pretty big challenge by carrying a sheet of 3/4" ply to the top of mount Snowden whilst wearing a 20kg weight vest (date scheduled 6th May 2017, liable to change due to weather) to help raise awareness of the positive effects of sport and healthy living. Also I am using the opportunity to promote my new Personal Training business which I've been inspired to start after changing my life around thanks to sport and fitness a few years ago. I'm passionate about helping others change their lives for the better. I believe everybody should have access to both healthy living and sport and that is the reason why I have opted to raise money for Access Sport because I'm a huge fan of their work and what they stand for.

I will be splitting the money raised 50/50 between the Access Sport charity and towards a website for my new business. I hope people can see that they are both good causes and donate kindly as this challenge is venturing into the unknown for myself.
