I'm raising money for Danny Dix's memorial fund. Danny was attacked on an afternoon out in Rotherham watching his beloved Rotherham United. He lost his life a week later. He leaves behind a beautiful Daughter Freya.

I've known Danny many, many years and was lucky enough to get to spend the last few months of his life with him. They say the course of true love never runs smooth, which in our case was true as it was about as smooth as a cheese grater ha but I can hand on my heart say this time round we shared some of the happiest moments and times which I will treasure forever.

Anyway why are we here? Some years ago I finally bit the bullet and had the feather cut, (think LOL out of This Is England) Danny absolutely loved it and ill never forget his face the first time he saw me with it, he went mad and I mean mad! He always said I'd never have the balls to do it, well I showed him ha. So here I am again getting it all whipped off, sadly this time in his memory. Date to be confirmed shortly.

Danny was one of the most special people I have ever met in my life, not only in a romantic sense but as a friend and I'll never be the same or ever forget him.
