Well, here it is…

This year’s charity event, and it’s a big one!

My outlook on life has drastically changed since my Grandad sadly passed way earlier this year and it’s really hit me that life really is short and it’s there to be grabbed by the bollocks. So in honour of my Grandad, combined with my love of broadcasting and turning 30, I have decided to take on something I’ve wanted to do for a long time.

Starting on Friday 20th October at 12pm, I begin my live 30-hour broadcast to raise money for Parkinson’s. Grandad had Parkinson’s disease, he had so much support from them right until the end and so I want to be able to give some thing back to them, Andrews style.

I am really looking forward to this, especially when I know that Grandad would be looking down and laughing at me for doing something so wacky! At the same time though, I am doing this knowing that he’ll be proud of me for grabbing life by the bollocks and going for it!

More information about the day will come throughout the summer but for now, if you're able to donate, then I will be forever grateful <3
