Weʼve raised £220 to change the lives of abandoned children in Romania. I will be walking up (and down) Cader Idris mountain in Wales to try and raise money.

Story
I wanted to raise money for children that have not been as lucky as me, so I am going to walk up and down Cader Idris, along the Minffordd path (height gained 930m, route length 10km) to try and raise money for the Caminul Felix charity. 6 years agoWe completed the walk / scramble up and down Cader Idris (or Cadair Idris depending who you agree with). We completed the 5.93 mile loop (including a slightly detour in the mist at the top) in about 6 hours. It was steep most of the time and very hot, but the views were well worth it.
