Hi! I'm Darcy.

On the 24th of April I will be running the TCS London Marathon. As a novice runner I have 2 goals - to actually finish and to support Forgotten Felines, a wonderful charity from South Wales that has been rescuing and re-homing disabled, feral and pregnant cats since 2018.

At the end of summer in 2019, my mother, Donna, was taking one of our cats to the vet where she met Bev. Bev was bringing in some rescue kittens for a checkup when her and my mother got to talking. From there we started to foster until I moved up to London in 2021.

I have seen first hand the incredible work that Bev and her team do at Forgotten Felines and how ruthless and long the hours everyone puts in to make sure the cats and kittens of South Wales are loved, safe and homed. Over the years, they have rescued over 1000+ cats (including two who are now part of my family).

Currently, Forgotten Felines is at risk of closure as the increasing number of rescues piles up, leaving pending vet bills unpaid.

Please consider a donation, small or large, to prevent this remarkable rescue from closing it's doors. Or if you're in the South Wales area and would like to foster, donate food and supplies or better yet, adopt a cat or 6 (why not!) - have no doubt when considering Forgotten Felines.
