Jordan is a much loved teacher at Park End primary school and a fantastic friend to many. She has recently been diagnosed with bowel cancer at the young age of 28. We are trying to raise as much money as we can, to get her the very best treatments available and to help when she is unable to work. Life has thrown her a challenge and we simply want to help as much as we can.
