Tiana has total loss of vision in both eyes and has no light perception, Tiana also shows signs of brain and pituitary malformations including underdevelopment of the hypothalamus which is responsible for basic body function such as thirst,hunger, sleep and body temperature, this can be life threatening .
Many individuals with onh may exhibit additional abnormalities such as delays to acquisition of skills that require the coordination of mental and muscular activity .
