On 13th December 2019 Darron Love, lost the battle that has raged within him for the whole of his adult life. Depression plagued him for more years than we could count and eventually stole him away.

Darron was a registered organ donor but, whilst his tissues may go on to help up to 50 other people, his organs were too traumatised to be viable.

As a family we found it hard to accept that we couldn’t make his final wish happen but it has since occurred to us that there are more ways to save lives than than through HIS organs alone. Furthermore as a family we are also determined to continue the fight against depression, particularly in men.
