I've raised £805 to Man Chat Mental Health Marathon

On Sunday the 3rd of October 2021 (London Marathon day) I will be running my own personal marathon in Aberdeen covering the city north to south.
The reason for this is purley to raise funds for a local self funded mens mental health group (Man Chat) specifically in the north east of Scotland.
Whilst personally feeling low I decided to seek help before things got out of hand. Having also lost close friends to suicide/addiction this is a cause very close to my heart.
The difference to males lifes/feelings that I have witnessed first hand through Man Chat is nothing short of amazing whether it be simply sharing concerns/getting things off your chest and out your head to getting the guys out doing social events/walks/day trips/meetings etc.
Mental health can effect each and any one us at anytime so this is my way of giving back. Now i never really thought how much I would like to raise but since we recently passed suicide prevention week at the start of September and realising 805 people took there own life in Scotland in 2020 then this is what I am aiming for.
£1 for each life lost which in turn will hopefully prevent that number rising in the future through help groups like Man Chat.
Any donations will be gratefully recieved.
