Story

If you know me you know I do like a challenge! And every year have to do something a bit tough and a little bit silly :-)

Well this year instead of just simply climbing up Ben Nevis again, I am going to drive to Glasgow and then walk there first! :-)

So between the 25th and the 29th June I will be walking the length of the West Highland Way which stretches 96 miles (154 Km) from Milngavie (Glasgow) to Fort William, taking in a huge variety of scenery along the way, including the entire length of Loch Lomond, venturing across Rannoch Moor and scrambling over The Devil's Staircase! And of course fighting off several million midges each day!

Then, rather than having a well earned rest at this point, I will be spending the Saturday climbing up Ben Nevis!

Anything you can spare will help 1st Roade Scout group to continue to operate the minibus that is used so much to help our young people get to all the fun places they get to experience each year!
