I'm raising £3000 to Support Lads and Dads CIC and the Western Beacons Mountain Rescue Team,

Walking 285km for Mental Health and Mountain Rescue My Biggest Challenge Yet
There was a time when I felt completely lost mentally, emotionally, and physically. I know what it’s like to struggle in silence, feeling like there’s no one to turn to. But I also know the power of connection, the strength that comes from being part of a supportive community, and how the outdoors can heal in ways we don’t always expect.
That’s why I’m taking on my biggest challenge yet walking 285km in 10 days across Wales, following the Offa’s Dyke Path from north to south. This journey is about more than endurance; it’s about raising awareness and funds for two causes close to my heart Lads and Dads CIC and the Western Beacons Mountain Rescue Team.
Lads and Dads CIC is an incredible community that supports men’s mental health and well-being, offering a safe space where men can connect, talk, and take part in activities that help build resilience and confidence. I’ve seen firsthand how important it is for men to know they’re not alone.
The Western Beacons Mountain Rescue Team is a volunteer organisation that works tirelessly to save lives in some of the most challenging conditions. They are always ready to respond, providing vital support to those in need, often in extreme weather and difficult terrain. As a member of the team I also know how hard we work on very little funds
This challenge will push me to my limits, but every step will be for those who have ever felt lost, for those who need someone to say, you’re not alone.
Please support me on this journey. Every donation, no matter how small, will help these organisations continue their incredible work. Together, we can make a real difference.
