Unique Pets Rescue is a non-profit, anti-kill rescue in the heart of Eastbourne. But, being in a small town doesn't stop our impact throughout the UK (sometimes even beyond!).

We provide many services, including rehoming pets, taking care of sick animals, taking in strays, giving respect and care to deceased animals in the area (collecting them, scanning them, finding their owners and taking it from there).

We very often also provide a fostering service, where we will find the perfect home to foster your cat, or, failing that, we often foster them ourselves.

We are currently fostering a 26 year old cat & her 13 year old ‘sister’ as their owner was made homeless and she’s currently going through chemotherapy with no income. We have promised to cover their expenses otherwise Summer would have been put to sleep.

However, all of this comes at a huge cost to us. Our vet bills are rarely below 4 digits, with it currently standing at £2500.

We have nearly 30 cats in rescue at present, who all need fed multiple times a day, plus litter, flea and worming treatments, alongside their vet care.

We desperately need any contributions our followers and service users are able to give us, be it in money or cat food.
