I've raised £4500 to support the wonderful Chance For Children charity in Japan

When my cricket club (London Saints CC) toured Sri Lanka in 2006 and then Trinidad and Tobago in 2014 we chose to raise money for disadvantaged children's charities so following this trend I have chosen to run the Tokyo Marathon in 2025 for the amazing Chance for Children charity in Japan which provides educational opportunities for children in poverty in Japan.as suggested by my friend Daniela who did the same last year.
Rather than just ask you to sponsor me for something many think I like doing I thought that I had better endure some hardship myself and set myself a challenge which hopefully you'll think is worthy of supporting.
In the Transport for London network of 12 tube lines, 6 overground lines, the Docklands Light Railway, tram lines and one cable car there are a total of 500 different stations across a distance of over 500 miles (approx 19 marathons) and my mad plan is to run between every station (taking a selfie as proof). This crazy idea has been many months in logistical planning and the more I think about the more I wish I hadn't started but hey ho it should keep me busy over the winter months - so I''d love you to support me in my challenge to raise money for a fantastic charity which I'll be proud to run for next March.
