Story

Bolton Smiley Faces is a Downs Syndrome Support Group set up by Jacqui Grady.
It's very close to my heart, as my Son, Thomas, attends the group, and he absolutely loves it. They have a monthly meet at Leverhulme Park in Bolton where all the children do arts and crafts, sing, read stories and play games together. They also have a Speech and Language Therapist who helps to teach our children to communicate.
Jacqui and her daughter, Nat, organise trips out and mini breaks / adventures. A lot of hard work is put in, but they rely solely on donations to keep providing for the children.
Me and Frank are hoping to raise £2000 by doing the Robin Hood 100 Mile Run on 15th September, to show our appreciation to Jacqui and Nat, and relieve some of the pressure they are under to keep our children happy no matter what the cost.
We would be very grateful if you could dig deep for this wonderful cause, you will be making a huge difference for a lot of children. Let's keep them smiling ☺
Thanks for taking the time to read my crowd funding story 👍
