Story

The word Legend is often over used in Rugby League and sport in general. However in the case of Graham Eadie this word is a true reflection of the man and his rugby league career in both Australia with Manly and also in the UK with Halifax RLFC. Having come out of retirement Graham came to Halifax RLFC as part of the Australian player invasion and helped them lift the Challenge Cup in 1987. Not only a try scorer at Wembley but he also put in a man of the match performance to win the coveted Lance Todd Trophy. He is now in need of a major heart operation and needs financial support to help him continue with a normal life therafter. This appeal is part of a wider ranging fundraising project the fans of Halifax RLFC are doing for a 6 week period. Please help us to help a true Legend of the game and of Halifax RLFC in the true spirit of rugby. Thank you.
