Maghull Radio has been my passion from the moment I read about Maghull Town Council's plans to start up a Community radio station for the residents of Maghull and surrounding parishes. This was in the July of 2013. On February 17th 2014 the station started broadcasting and still is, with volunteer broadcasters. Funding has never really been a problem. We have had local businesses supporting us and the broadcasters themselves have contributed, but this year our funds have dried up because of businesses on lockdown, furlough etc, due to the Covid-19 Pandemic. So I'm asking family and friends to support my attempt to raise cash to help this local and popular radio station from closing. I do hope you can help in anyway that you possibly can. Many thanks.
