We often hear of the physical results of war in the news but the psychological damage, because it is unseen, is rarely mentioned. Beyond Conflict sends trained counsellors into post conflict regions, providing highly undervalued support as people try to put their lives back together.

As a focus to it's fundraising several volunteers are running 10k in the Adidas Fulham City Run. I'll be joining them, please give a few pounds to help. Thank you.
