Story

I along with a group of many others, will be making a life-changing trip to india.

There are many phases to the trip, one of which is the project phase. The expedition is typically 5-7 days spent working alongside a local community or on a conservation project. This offers the chance to contribute something meaningful back to a local area through youth work abroad. Many school community projects are based in rural and remote areas where Challengers live and interact with local people. Teams become familiar with the community and are immersed in daily life and traditions, offering an unrivalled cultural experience.

The next phase is a team trek chosen by the group. There are usually several levels to choose from in each destination, with some treks offering support ranging from guides, porters and mules to catering teams. There are also opportunities to trek through different terrains such as jungle, desert and at high altitude. Physical fitness and mental stamina are tested in this phase. It also aims to build teamwork and leadership in the face of challenging physical activity and unfamiliar environments.

As you can see ... this is a once in a lifetime opportunity which also comes at with the inevitable financial cost. If you could support us...I would be extremely grateful. Thanks.
