I am Nutrition and exercise science student,I am about to enter my 3rd year in the last 2 year I have been involved in project call (eat to win). which is like a clinical setting where I gave people nutritional advice on vast different circumstance from sports,weight-loss and general health.I have personally lose over 4 stone in weight myself going from 15 stone to 11 stone and from 30% to 10%.I have had trouble with food for most my life binge eating/self medicating with food to try combat my mental health issues.I released the importance of eating health foods was for my well-being and gaining control over my life.I am highly passionate about nutrition dedicating most my days reading peer reviewed journals and books and I have also won award for uclan sport student of the year. So I want to try and help other people. I want to set up a Nutrition consultation project to help improve the quality of life in my local community.
