My friend and her husband (who has cancer) would like to go on a once in a lifetime cruise as they will both be 60 years of age next year, but are being quoted well over £1000 just for travel insurance as the husband has cancer. They don't think they will be able to afford a cruise & the insurance, so i thought i would try to help with part of the insurance costs.
