David's dedication and professionalism left an impact on all those who worked with him. He believed that fencing helped mould a young person and gave them the confidence to deal with life's challenges.
David always believed that fencing should be available for everyone, so we are raising funds that can be used to help all those young fencers who need support with their training and competition costs, in order to have the chance to reach their full potential.

David was the founder of the fencing club, he devoted over 35 year to founding and making the club into a national centre for fencing. An inspirational coach and mentor, he wanted to give people the best chance of achieving their goals, this fund will help realise this ambition.
