I've raised £2100 to The Ajuda Foundation www.ajudafoundation.org.uk

I'm raising £2,100 for a community project
Emma and I are going to swim the equivalent of Uk to France and Back during the month of March. Yes you heard right, we will be swimming 42 miles ( 21 miles each) over the next 30 days.
Why you ask!!!
As many of you know I lost my father suddenly on Boxing Day, his heart just stopped. What you may not know, is that my fathers heart also stopped 13 years ago, and CPR and a Defib got him back and gave him an extra 13 years, without this Dad would have 100% died all those years ago. How lucky were we to have had all those extra years!!
Now I have set up The Ajuda Foundation, a not for profit organisation delivering FREE CPR and Defib training to schools and community groups across Wales. With your help I want to impact as many people as possible to ensure their families can also have extra years with their loved ones too.
Emma will be raising money for our Purple Sunflower Project, which delivers FREE mental health workshops and training in communities throughout Wales, promoting positive mental health, and offering support, training and information regarding mental health and wellbeing.
We have a target of £2,100 as we will be swimming 42 miles, with you all we hope to achieved this and use the money to help save lives.
