It appears that Frank was hit by a car yesterday afternoon and now needs an operation to repair the damage to his chest. He is a wonderful young man with a beautiful soul that is loved dearly by his family and friends.

I will update at all times with progress made. I am currently waiting for the vets to get back to me to explain his chances of survival. It is a risky operation.
