My eldest son David is taking me for a tandem skydive for my birthday. Skydiving is his passion and I said I'd love to have a go. However with my health issue's I wasn't sure if I could. Then I thought about our veteran's and thought of the pain many of them still have with them, the obstacles they have to overcome and depression and mental health issues that haunt them. So I thought why not put a wonderful birthday present to good use. We all know someone who has served, many don't like to speak about the thing's they have seen and done but thankfully thing's are beginning to change.
