Last Wednesday we lost our beloved brother Paul to end-stage liver disease, after only six short weeks of illness. It all happened so quickly, and we believe he kept much of his struggle to himself, which has made the loss even harder for those who loved him.

Paul was deeply loved by his family, especially his dad, sisters, grandson, and his partner Dawn, and we simply want to give him the respectful farewell he deserves. Losing him has been incredibly painful, made even more so as we are still grieving the loss of our sister just 14 months ago.

We have managed to raise most of the funds needed for Paul's funeral, and we are truly grateful for the kindness and support already shown. We are now just £1000 short, and any contribution – no matter how small – would help us bridge that final gap and lay Paul to rest with dignity.
