Help me be the fit, healthy and active mum I once was.

I am looking for help with funding a last option of a hypnotherapy course before bariatric surgery is my only choice. I am fully aware how I ended up in this situation, no excuses. I have struggled with depression and anxiety most of my adult life alongside abusive relationships, with that came my comfort in food. I did finally manage to lose 5 stone through blood sweat and tears.

Fast forward a few years and 2 moped accidents, leaving me with a crushed knee cap, a few fractured ribs, god knows how many ruptured muscles and ligaments leaving me immobile for a good while , all that hard workwas wasted and the weight piled back on.

I am trying to find a way to avoid major surgery, so I can be around for my 2 kids and show them that their mum can do this with the help of some extremely kind hearted people.
