Montenegro apparently doesn't look on animals as living, sentient beings. Consequently there is huge amount of suffering going on. There are no sanctuaries or animal welfare organisations to help these animals. Network for Animals are trying to alleviate the suffering, and there are a couple of kindly people living there trying to help the situation out of their own pockets. I would like to raise money for these people to help establish a sanctuary, and would be so grateful for any donations. Any money raised will go directly to Network for Animals for this cause. Please help if you can, the suffering is heartbreaking.
