I want to introduce to Daz Cooper, local to Connahs Quay and a successful bodybuilder and Personal Trainer.

Last year Daz went to Miami and captained the British Team to victory for the first time in the DFAC world championships. This year Daz is hoping to travel out there again and not only defend the team cup but contesting the pro masters contest in which he came second last year. As you can imagine the cost of flights, hotels, supplements etc mounts up so i wanted to do something about it.

Daz is the kindest, most willing person I've met. A dad, a competitor, a trainer and even a children's entertainer. He never has a down day is 110% committed in everything he does, he does so much for everyone else its about time we all give back.
