I believe in pushing my limits and turning challenges into opportunities to make a difference. Every time I reach a milestone of 1,000 followers, I set a new fitness challenge for myself — not just to grow stronger physically, but to raise vital funds for two charities that mean the world to me. For example, at 1,000 followers, I completed 1,000 kettlebell swings with 64kg. At 2,000 followers, I am going to take on 2,000 manmakers using two 20kg kettlebells.
Once I step into the gym, I don’t leave until the challenge is complete.
This journey is about more than just fitness; it’s about health, hope, and community support. The charities I’m supporting work tirelessly to improve lives and provide essential resources where they are needed most.
But they can’t do it alone they need our help now more than ever.
I’m aiming to raise £500 to contribute towards these causes and make a real impact together.
