Story

A good friend has started a battle against cancer. In his early 30s and a military veteran of the RAF, he spent years of his life defending his country and asks for nothing in return. He's the kind of person who will go miles out of his way, give up all of his time and just do anything he can to help people around him.

He is a huge fan of the movie Deadpool, As many of you may or may not know, the movie is about a special forces veteran turned mercenary who is diagnosed with terminal cancer. The story sees him undergo treatment which cures his cancer but also makes him immortal.

I would like to purchase him a genuine, screen accurate movie costume and send him to Comic-con in Las Vegas to be able to look  and  feel like the hero he is. Given the story behind the movie, I think that this could be a huge psychological boost to help bolster the fight, but also a way to help him give Cancer the finger!

This really could be a once I a lifetime experience for him but unfortunately as the suit alone costs over £6000, it is also out of his reach.
