Right then guys you have probably all heard by now that we have lost another legend from the village Graham Hawkins (Pye) which he preferred to be called he was an easy come easy go kind of person and mostly kept his self to his self but he did like to spend time, well most of his time to be fair in the Old Club whether it was helping cleaning the beer lines which he did enjoy,

doing general maintenance or just propping the corner of the bar up which i think he preferred the most of all, chatting about the past and winding up the bar staff.

Graham didn’t have much money and what he did have he spent it on what he wanted and when he wanted to, and money towards funeral cost was definitely not on his to do list he always said they can do what they want with me when im dead i don’t care. But i just couldn‘t let this happen so Julie and Myself have took on the roll in sorting out raising the funds needed for his funeral he wasn‘t a religious guy so there will be no church or crematorium costs it will literally just be a small service at the grave side up Dark Lane.

So please dig deep and lets give Pye the send off he deserves
