Story

Callum collapsed in February 2017, he had a bleed to the brain and was transferred to Bristol Southmead hospital ICU where he was diagnosed with an AVM ( A tangle of blood vessels with abnormal connections between the arteries and veins in the brain. Callum had to have two emergency brain surgeries to save his life. Now out of ICU Callum has a long hard journey ahead of him, he has now been transferred to the Brain Injury Unit in Frenchay where he will have intense therapy to learn to walk, talk, and eat again. Callum is a fighter and is slowly improving and deserves all the help he can for hopefully a future at home where he can begin to re live his life as a young man. Callum has the support of his wonderful Mum Amanda and younger brother and sisters and also lucky enough to have a large caring family for support. The money raised will help with any equipment that may be needed once at home or things that may help with his recovery.

I will be running the Chippenham half marathon with Karen Young in September, so please dig deep and help our cause CASH FOR CALLUM.

Thanks!
