I'm raising £5,000 for the Dear Santa terminally ill children Christmas Present Campaign this year.

At Dear Santa, we work everyday to bring joy, happiness, hope and magical memories for children. We do this by visiting terminally ill children in hospices, at parties and at home to delivering Christmas Presents in December and fulfilling wishes throughout the year.

Around 500,000 children in the UK are either suffering from a life-limiting / life-threatening condition or are in the social care system. These children experience worry, disruption, medical appointments and isolation.

Dear Santa exists to bring a smile to the faces of these children!

This year our GOAL is to visit and deliver gifts to over 2,000 children across the UK.

We appreciate that for many money is tighter this year and want to thank all of you that continue to support our work. No donation is to small, every little helps us bring a smile to the children's faces.
