Des & Dolores Eastwood are travelling to Kenya in August, 2018 with Granaghan Outreach Charitable Trust as volunteers.
Their visit will see them supporting the charity by helping improve living conditions, health and medical needs and in educational support, as well as raising much needed funds.
Granaghan Outreach was formed in a follow up to the first parish voluntary project undertaken in October 2006. ​

The charity have travelled to many parts of the world such as Buenos Aires and Zambia. Each trip has been successful due to the generous donations from the wider community and each of the volunteers.

The charity aims to support via:
Provision of funds and assistance of volunteers to facilitate education, medical and social infrastructure (Including food, water, clothing, furniture, health supplies etc.) in deprived areas

Reduced social deprivation and poverty and offer a better standard of living by providing improved education facilities, improved living conditions in orphanages, improved medical care in hospitals and clinics etc.

Provide financial assistance for one off beneficiaries who require specific urgent medical attention
