please meet Janet, she is a Lab/Rottie and needs your help.
Janet's life only really began when she was adopted from a rescue centre by the Halls family. It took her a while to settle into her new home, she was a rather grumpy, cantankerous, nervous girl with a bit of an attitude, however, the Halls saw her potential and persevered with her. It wasn't long before she found her place and became an integral part of their family and anyone that met her couldn't help but love her.
Sadly, almost a year ago a suspicious lump was found and after some investigation, it was confirmed that she had cancer. She was quickly operated on and she made a miraculous recovery.
A year on and tragically history has repeated itself. Lumps were found on her abdomen and the Halls family once again found themselves taking poor Janet for another procedure.
Yesterday, Janet had 5 suspicious lumps removed, two of which are most likely cancerous. She is now feeling very sorry for herself and is not happy about wearing a onesie again.
Anyone that has had dealings with insurance companies will know how ruthless they can be at times, pet insurance is no exception. They are refusing to pay out for Janet's treatment due to the fact that she had the same problem before, utterly shocking!
Janet is a loving, beautiful dog and deserves every chance of fighting this.
