Dax was rescued 2 weeks ago from Romania by Scottish Cyber Friends Rescue UK and brought to Scotland to find his forever loving home.
Dax was living rough in a field in Romania for about 4 months.
On arrival in Scotland he was very sick due to grass seeds growing in his body which has resulted in numerous abscesses that needed surgical interventions.
On top of this it is likely he has been beaten as the vet has found 2 fractures in his jaw that needs operated on and he has numerous broken teeth. The vet has also found that he is deaf maybe due to the grass seeds pearcing his eardrums and there is hope that hearing in one of his ears can be saved.
Dax is being cared for at the moment through Scottish Cyber Friends Animal Rescue UK who are doing fantastic work rescuing these poor dogs from a life of misery.
The group rely on donations from people to help pay for their rescue and veterinary treatments.

I saw Dax last night and he is an amazing dog and so loving and needs a chance to get well and have a nice life and to trust people again.
He is very anxious and totally bewildered by everything and it's absolutely heartbreaking.
His recovery to full health is likely to be long and incur expensive veterinary bills but he is so worth it after all he has been through.
Once Dax is strong and healthy I have agreed to adopt him and give him his forever loving home.
