The charismatic "Tom Carradine" & his 5 piece band "The China Plates" will be performing his Cockney Sing-A-Long Feat, Tues July 30th & Wed July 31st at 7.30pm. He very kindly asked the managment if we could have a bucket collection for the Statue Appeal. So, I along with some friends will be rattling our buckets, and having a fabulous evening of entertainment. See you there. X

Hi everyone, Thing's have slowed down recently donation wise, but I'd like to say a big thank you to the people who, for various reasons were unable to donate before, but have now, it's very much appreciated. Trying to think of different ways to reach the target can be hard, I'm selling some bits from Roy's collection on ebay, all proceeds to the appeal, so please have a look. The sun is shinnig & hopefully soon on the statue of Roy to. 70K has been raised so far - incredible! Unfortunately we still need another 30K. Please keep spreading the word. I know I'm beginning to sound like a broken record, but I'm still coming across people who didn't know anything about it. I will do all I can my end & if you can keep it alive your end, it won't be long before we hit the golden (or should I say bronze) target.
