Hi my name is Deborah James, and I am 19 years old. In January 2017 I am going to start my journey to Madagascar. I am moving to Madagascar to work with the Christian mission organisation Operation Mobilisation. I will be working with OM's Malagasy team to start up a children's ministry, teaching them about God and giving children who live in poverty a place of refuge. I am going out as a volunteer so do not have a salary, so I am looking for funding for my flights, insurance and school fees. My journey to Madagascar involves 4-5 months in Zambia, where I will be trained in how to build a sustainable children's ministry so that the church can keep it going and growing when I leave. I will be in Madagascar for 2 years at the least so am looking for people who can support me in this mission. I have a heart for African children wich grew when I was in Mozambique for 6 months last year where I worked with children in a range of projects. God sees everyone as equal and I hope that you will help fund my trip so that I can show the Malagasy children I will meet how important they are, and show them Gods unfailing love.
