Dom was born premature and was diagnosed with cerebral palsy.

Dom has had swimming lessons since he was 4 to help with his physio therapy. At 10 he competed in his first disability event and has never looked back.

Dom has been selected to swim for England at the World Games this summer in Barcelona. This is an amazing opportunity but comes with no funding for flights/accomodation/food/kit etc.

To date Dom has managed to raise £1200 towards his goal but any additional support would be amazing.
