Story

I am urgently trying to raise money for my Dad in South Africa that cannot afford medical aid and needed an emergency operation, He was told he had septic arthritis in his knee, and it could not be left untreated and needed a procedure to remove the infected fluid. this was an emergency and could not be left untreated. Health care is a luxury in South Africa, the bills are now rolling in and need to be paid. Family and friends have all helped where we financially can but it just is not enough, i am asking you on bended knees to please spread the word or help with this in any amount big or small.

Here in the UK we are looked upon with envious eyes because we have the NHS. This means we can go to the doctors get a prescription get admitted to hospital get an operation. All these things are not accessible in South Africa if you cannot afford medical aid. At this present time my Father in South Africa is ill and needs to be admitted to hospital for an operation. It is now a waiting game until we can raise enough founds for this to happen.

Every little bit counts and any help you may give will be enormously appreciated!

Many of us read or hear about those less fortunate than ourselves and wish there was something we could do to help. Usually, we simply move on. I can own up to that.

No matter where life takes you, don't forget where you came from
