Story

Hi my name is Davina Barton, on behalf of Willie Ted Neville Baker, who suddenly age 39 passed away on Wednesday 7th November 2018, in Hertford, Hertfordshire.

I write in support of his Mother Maureen, Sisters, Vickie, Lesley and families.

Willie Ted Neville Baker known affectionally to all as (Willie ) and his Dad,Mother and Sisters came into my families life in 1985.... a year later they tragically lost their beloved Dad Brian and I’m glad that we were there as close neighbours along with other neighbours and friends in the community to help them cope with this . Maureen had work commitments to support the children, so I took them under my wing having them staying at my house especially Lesley and Willie as he was only aged 7

As a young boy Wille was always helpful, supportive and caring for my children Dave n Tracey stopping them from fighting and getting into mischief , he was looked upon as their older brother. He loved to help my ex Colin tinker around with cars , he loved going on holiday’s with us, family fun days out I became willie and his sisters mummy number 2, that’s still the case today.

In 2004 their world was rocked again with the tragic loss of their daughter, sister and Aunty Sally-Ann.(Dodger) aged 29 due to a brain haemorrhage.

Willie became a very caring, compassionate adult and loved to help anyone in need, and was a much loved and highly regarded member of the community amongst family ,friends , neighbours and always ready and willing to lend a hand .

And he along with his sisters helped look after their mother Maureen who suffers with dementia,Willie doing the day shift and the girls doing the night until she got moved into a care home.

Due to Willie's Sudden and unexpected passing due to an aneurism ,no financial or insurances plans have been put in place to cover his funeral expenses, due to his young age.

I/we are asking for any donations big or small to help us give Willie the send off he deserves.

PLEASE GIVE WHAT YOU CAN, WE THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF OUR HEARTS AT THIS SAD TIME.

Yours sincerely
