Story

I have been fighting MS since 1990 and remained positive that I wouldn't let it beat me, even through some very rough times. However, it's now come to the point where my condition is worsening and I am left with many severely debilitating symptoms. I have to use a walker or be pushed in a wheelchair where just a couple of years ago I could walk unaided.

The neurologist's have informed me there is no further treatment available to me on the NHS as I don't meet the criteria having had MS for "TOO LONG". My last hope to halt, or even improve, my condition and make a very big difference to my life is HSCT stem cell treatment. The treatment is widely available outside of the UK and I am looking into attending Clinica Ruiz in Mexico. This clinic has a great reputation and past history but is still less than half the cost of similar UK private treatment. It's a scary thought travelling to another country for this treatment but not half as scary as facing the future without it.

We are saving every single penny we can to raise the £50,000 costs for the treatment but we really need help to make this possibly life changing treatment a reality for me.
