We have opened the Dementia Hwb to signpost all the services and great support that is already out there for people affected by Dementia and the people that love them. We want to keep the Hwb open, help it grow and provide more of the support that people are wanting. Top of the list is a 12 month licence for the CANTAB Mobile Cognitive Assessment that we can offer to anyone who is worried about their memory.
