Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I am taking on a challenge of a lifetime by walking 500 miles in honour of my family members and friends that have recently passed unexpectedly.

On 12th September, I will start the walk in France and will finish in North Spain 40 days later. I am dedicating 6 weeks of my life to do this- and I am raising funds to give something back to the immediate families, in recognition of the great people they were. Whilst nothing can replace them; I would like to help with the recent loss and pain caused by the loss of such lovely people- the sudden grief and heartache is something that holds dear in my heart.

They all loved life and laughter... and because of this we got on so well.

I am doing this because I am alive and well- and because I can! At 53, this will be a challenge but it's one that I am willing to take for a very good cause. My trip is self funded so every penny you donate goes to the families.

Let's come together to raise funds in memory of our family and friends- and don't forget to wish me luck as I may need it :)
