Hey everyone,

Thank you for taking time to have a look at my page. I will be running the Cardiff Half Marathon 2018 in October in aid of two mental health charities. The first is Mind which is based in the UK and the other is our local helpline, GibSams.

Many people are affected in many ways by mental health issues. Both these charities campaign to raise awareness and promote understanding as well as providing advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem.

Running a half marathon (21K) has been on my bucket list for years now and what better way to do it 😊

Over the next few months, in the lead up to the run in October, I am hoping to reach a target of £1,000.00. All funds will be shared equally between both charities.
