Hi, my 5-year-old daughter, Ella will be running her first ever 5k run on Sunday 7th December at the Edinburgh Christmas running festival in Inverleith park. She will be running this for the Musselburgh meeting centre which provides a safe and welcoming environment for people living with Dementia. Ellas nannie (my mum) attends this wonderful meeting centre on a weekly basis after being diagnosed with dementia several years ago.
